Jackie- Licensed Optician/ Office Manager

Jackie, our optician and office manager, graduated from Western Governors University. She started as an apprentice optician in 1999, achieving certifications on her journey to become a licensed optician, including American Board of Optometry, Certified Para-optometric and Ophthalmic Medical Assistant. Jackie enjoys making sure that you find the perfect pair of glasses to meet your needs, and making sure they continue to work well for you by doing repairs and adjustments. Outside of the office, Jackie spends her time reading, cooking, and exploring outside with her husband and 2 dogs.

Jessica- Apprentice Optician

Jessica has a knack for selecting glasses that suit your lifestyle and personality. She enjoys working with the different frame companies to bring in the newest eyewear styles for the office. Jessica's warm smile and enthusiasm for providing the highest level of patient care allows her to excel in her role as an optician. When she is not in the office, she loves to dance, hike, camp, and go on adventures with her two dogs. She is a HUGE Seahawks fan, and would not miss a game for anything!

Jamie-Optometric Technician/Apprentice Optician

Jamie, our optometric technician, has spent her whole life in the Pacific Northwest. Her dedication to providing excellent patient care and passion for the optical industry makes her a valuable addition to Overlake Eye Designs. She effectively helps patients with all pre-examination testing, contact lens insertion training and frame selections. When out of the office, Jamie spends the majority of her time hiking, fishing, camping and enjoying anything that involves nature and being outdoors.
